Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired like armor, weapon or rings. This swaps the current item level upgrade for a different one similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.

Survivors can obtain reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment using three categories that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that melee and weapons and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item upgrader. Rare upgrades require an item that is unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, upgrade items and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase an item's level by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. They can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not affect the item's longevity. It's a great way for players who wish to get an edge in battle but don't want spend a lot of money. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It's done by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in that area. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item upgrader mod at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific quantity of items to be added, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.

The upgrade item Station has two slots: the left is where players can place an item upgrader mod that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.

Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will come with discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium and a number Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be slotted into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also adds an extra 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Some items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but more because it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

Once you've met the required requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
